FREE standard delivery for orders over £50. This is automated.

FREE collection from Dogmersfield, Hampshire. This is now issued as a discount code for local customers to collect, this is not a delivery service.

First Class Tracked Royal Mail is £5.00 Allow 1-2 days to arrive.

Second Class Tracked Royal Mail is £4.50. Allow 3-4 days to arrive.

Please note these estimated dates of arrival, maybe longer during busy times of the year. Orders placed during holidays and the Christmas period will usually take longer. Please email: dominique@bluebellandbear.com for any next day/urgent postage requests.

EUROPE
Tracked International is £12.00.

REST OF THE WORLD
Tracked and signed International delivery is £20.00.

Please note that orders sent out of the EU may be subject to additional taxes and possible delays upon reaching the destination country’s customs. These are out of our control and are the responsibility of the customer.

REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

Not happy with your Bluebell + Bear purchase? If you are not 100% satisfied, you can return your goods, provided we get them back to us within 14 days and in perfect original saleable condition with the original tags/packaging.

Prints and details are handprinted or hand-embroidered, so please insure you are caring for your garment and following the instructions detailed on the website. Please wash and wear with care. Handprinted items are also printed by eye and are designed to look so.

Please note all personalised items are non returnable.

HOW TO RETURN YOUR ITEMS

As a customer you have the right to cancel and return your purchases without giving any reason within a period of 14 calendar days after the day of delivery of the goods. The goods have to be undamaged and unused, with all original Bluebell + Bear labels and tags intact. Returns that are damaged or soiled, washed, altered or worn (other than to try the item on) may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer and/or a refund refused.

Please email us at help@bluebellandbear.com with the following details: your name, order number, the product you wish to return and the reason for your return. Then post your goods back to us within 14 days, including your name, order number and the reason for your return inside the package so we know how to process the return.

Please do not wait for a reply before returning. Returns address: Bluebell and Bear, 47 Mindon Close, Basingstoke, RG24 8TH. Please ensure you keep your proof of postage.

If approved, your refund (if the goods are still in perfect unworn condition, including all tags and packaging) will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow one week from receipt of the parcel before the refund is completed.
